When we see the flawless social media version of other people's lives where they seem to have figured it all out, it can feel lonely when you are in the midst of navigating your uncharted journey. The biggest thing I wish I had understood early on the road of being a soulpreneur is that, you have a secret weapon that others do not. When you create an offering for humanity, more significant than just yourself, you have the power of the universe at your disposal to accomplish that project.

The Soulpreneur Roadmap is the MENTORSHIP I wish I had when I began this adventure many years ago. The course offers you wisdom, insights, and tangible tools to thrive along the journey. Using this toolkit, things more significant than I ever could have imagined for my work and life have happened repeatedly by daring to dream, diving deeply into my inner landscape, following my internal wisdom, and trusting the process. This formula has led to outcomes beyond my wildest dreams, like working at the United Nations, giving a TEDx talk, working as the onboard journalist for a prestigious coral research expedition, and landing dream project after dream project for many years.

To be clear, I don't have a trust fund, and I'm not independently wealthy. This path has had a lot of unexpected twists and turns. In all honesty, it has been a lot of hard work. With that said, I have literally pinched myself as, time and time again, I land in scenarios that defy practical reason and align perfectly with my purpose, needs, or desires. The results of honing my inner wisdom and trusting the journey as it unfolds have been beyond anything I could have ever imagined.

It is not magical thinking that you, too, can have your dreams. Everything you need is within you, and I know you can do it.

This is an online 8-week mentorship from September 16th to November 11th, 2025. We'll have a 1.5-hour session with opportunities for hotspot coaching each week. The sessions will offer inspiration and tools to align with your next steps on your journey. You'll need approximately 2 hours each week to create your DREAMWORK before the next session. ​

The Practical Mystic

​​It all started in secret.
While pursuing my dream of being a documentary storyteller, I began a side business as a swim coach.
Within a year, I had a six-month waiting list.
As I worked with my Southern California clients—people who had achieved tremendous success and enjoyed all the comforts life has to offer—I was simultaneously documenting everyone from Eritrean refugees to villagers in the remote Democratic Republic of Congo. The contrast of the lives of the people I worked with could not have been more stark. Yet, despite their vastly different worlds, they were both seemingly drawn to something I embodied: a curiosity about humanity and a deep sense of purpose.
What I realized is that, whether in a gated estate or a remote village, we all share the same fundamental desires: to be a part of something greater than ourselves. This became the foundation of my work in both storytelling and coaching.
As a political scientist, activist, director, and photographer, my award-winning projects have taken me to some of the world’s most challenging and inspiring places. I’ve had the privilege of working with organizations from the United Nations to Bloomberg Media, presenting with Human Rights Watch, Photoville, and SXSW. I even have my very own TEDx talk.
Most of these amazing opportunities came to me because I was pursuing a purpose greater than myself - to be of service with my unique skills and voice.
Over the last 18 years, I have realized being an entrepreneur is not just about business—it’s a spiritual practice. Achieving our dreams requires more than just vision—it requires unwavering belief in possibility, trust, surrender, and grounded action. Growing requires the constant willingness to get uncomfortable and push beyond our comfort zone. I have leapt into the unknown more times than I can count. I still have to remind myself to do it, but with the tools I have honed along the way, it has gotten easier and easier.
That’s why, after more than a decade of helping people from young adults and emerging entrepreneurs to celebrities and spiritual leaders, I’m now offering a free online event to guide you in transforming your inspiration into reality.
Nicknamed the “practical mystic” by those I work with, my unique skillset is seeing the vision for your potential. I help you see the“how” of your aspiration until you BELIEVE it for yourself. The tools and practices I use to achieve my own dreams personally and professionally are the same ones I share with you to help you realize yours.
